About Me
I have spent most of career working for companies that are renowned for their customer service and quality products, such as Nordstrom's, Bank of America, Restoration Hardware, and others.
While earning my degree in finance, I learned about carpet cleaning from a friend. After completing my degree, I thought about starting a carpet cleaning business. I talked to a wide range of carpet cleaners and cleaning supply companies, learning that many home owners were receiving poor cleaning service. In fact, many carpet cleaners were not completely and correctly cleaning their customer's carpets.
I was told by other carpet cleaners that learning how to properly clean carpet, before starting my business, was the backwards way to begin. Most carpet cleaners I have met have been cleaning carpets for years before getting certified.
I decided to dedicate myself to learn the proper techniques to correctly clean carpet, upholstery, and tile. I have consulted top cleaners in the industry and purchased the proper equipment to clean effectively.
